Randy and his son did a great job finding and fixing the leaks in my in-ground pool.  For 2 years and through 2 other companies, the leaks were not fixed properly. Randy and team were able to identify and repair two leaks in our pool and subsequently came back after the initial repair when the pool was still leaking to repair a third leak and fully resolve the problem. Atlantic Pool Leak Detection is truly a phenomenal service.  I had been struggling with a continual leak in my inground pool for nearly 2 years constantly adding water to get the pool water level up with increasing water bills. I had many services try to locate the leak during this period and they were unable to locate the leak. Some wanted to tear up my grounds and cement walkway with estimates of thousands upon thousands of dollars.  Randy and his son together with their repairman not only located the leak but they also successfully repaired the leak all done within 2 days at very reasonable cost. From the consultation phone call I Immediately felt that I was in good hands and gave very expectations of the costs and process. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He found and addressed multiple leaks quickly. He constantly checked back in afterwards and gave me assurance that he was just as invested in the problem as I was. My mother has been dealing with a leak in her pool for the past two years. We had hired a diver last year, but he couldn’t find the problem, and we ended up just closing up the pool for the remainder of the season. This year when we opened the pool the leak was still there and we knew it had to be addressed.  I happened to see a review on Facebook for Atlantic Pool Leak Detection so I researched their business, and saw all great reviews. This summer, I had an issue with my pool where I was losing water. I assumed I had a tear somewhere and since I consulted with Randy in the past, I texted him. He suggested that I check my valves. Apparently, one of my valves was left open and when I closed it, my issue was resolved. Most technicians would charge for that time, but Randy accepted no money. My pool was in dire shape and losing so much water I was topping it off daily with the hose. I feared that it was going to need huge repairs or to dig up all the pipes. But then I called Atlantic for a professional opinion and I'm glad I did. In two hours they told me exactly what was broken and what wasn't, and added epoxy to the one spot that needed it. I wish I reached out earlier! So far I had total of 4 companies with combination of pool and plumbing checked, was about to lose 5k in restoring the wrong pipe until I called Randy. They checked things I thought wasn’t even needed. Which led to finding that the actual issue was a different pipe! I also want to add that I am very grateful that they were on time, as they told me. Our home inspector, Knox Home Inspections, recommended Randy, and I’m so happy that they did. Atlantic Pool Inspections has great reviews, and I can see why. It was a very busy time of the year for closing down pools, and Randy managed to find a way to squeeze us in, and we are very appreciative of that. Randy is very experienced and took the time to teach us about our first pool. Randy also checked the whole property around the pool, including the gates and all the equipment. Very Impressive. Atlantic Pool Leak Detection was able to narrow down the pool plumbing underground leak to a 3 foot diameter. After digging down 30” or so, I found the water. I had the pleasure of using (Atlantic Pool Leak Detection & Pool Inspections) for a issue/leak in our 16x32 inground pool. I rarely use the word pleasure, when talking about a contractor. However in this case it was. Randy and Ryan came out, and again explained the procedure. They meticulously went through their protocol for detecting the leak location. Several minor (non leak) issues were found and corrected. The main leak was discovered and corrected. Randy kept in touch, the following few days to confirm the leak issue was corrected. My only issue is, I would love Randy/Ryan to drop the leak detection business, and start a kitchen renovation company. We tried a few other places to fix our pool (indoor) water loss issue and no one was able to fix it. He is usually booked for weeks but it is so worth the wait as he works with you to do testing before he comes out so you don’t waste money/time for testing. He was able to identify the source of the problem and fixed it right away! He is so knowledgeable and is truly the best in class. I would have been able to enjoy the pool more  over the years if I had gone to Randy in the first place! WOW! We had a serious leak - called 9 different pool companies. 8 of them suggested we call Atlantic.  I had already left a message there.  The wait times are tough, especially when you have urgency BUT the guy is recommended by everyone so I'm thinking - he's worth the wait.  We spoke, he gave me instructions for the meantime,  I waited.  WORTH EVERY WORRISOME MINUTE. What a champ !!!! 15 HOLES!!!! he literally patched 15!!!!! It was so exhausting to watch him, i can't fathom how difficult this was. There was so much equiptment, my yard looked like a movie set. Randy responded to every text, he followed up, he explained things. And, he found a huge leak in a 2 year old pool that the builder could not find in 2 years. My auto fill ran 24/7 and my water level dropped 3.5 inches in less than 24 hours. My builder sent his people every week for two years and could not solve the issue. Randy was very quick with works. When I called him about pool leak service, he explained very well about his price and how he works. When he came over, he went right to work and was able to solve the problem within an hour. They found the leak and sent me the video and all pictures to look at which made the process very smooth. Atlantic Pool Leak and Randy are EXCELLENT! If you hire Randy, you can be 100% confident that he will find the source of your leak and solve the problem. I was very frustrated that our pool was losing a lot of water which was causing us very high water bills.  Even though Randy was not local to us, he scheduled the appointment and drove the distance to help fix the problem.  Not only does Randy come to inspect your pool, but he also keeps in contact with you 3-5 times a week trouble-shooting and offering you temporary fixes so that you can still use your pool throughout the process. Randy and the Team were Fantastic! 10/10 would use again. We had a pretty bad leak in our pool and didn't know what to do. Thankfully we were referred to Atlantic Pool Leak Detection to solve the problem. 1) Randy took the time to gather all our information and understand the problem. 2) They explained the entire process over the phone and answered all our questions. 3) They were able to accommodate our schedule and come out in just a few days. 4) On site they were professional and respectful of the pool and yard 5) They were able to pinpoint 2 different leaks to within about 12 inches from where we found the broken pipes to be repaired. 6) Afterwards Randy went through all the future scenarios we could face during and after our repair and was even able to recommended someone for the work. 7) He even followed up after the repairs to make sure everything went well. Just bought a house and the pool needed lots of work. Started the renovation and someone advised me to check the pool and spa lines. My neighbor recommended Randy. Him and his son pressure tested all the lines and turned out that everything was working just fine. They were very punctual and professional. I feel totally at ease now. Our pool started losing water at approximately 3/4 inch per day.  Atlantic Pool Leak Detection was recommended by the company that I use for opening and closing our pool, as well as other reviews on the internet.  I contacted Randy and was able to setup a date fairly quickly. One of the things that I liked about our interaction was that Randy had me do some tests prior to his coming out to try and narrow the issue.  He asked all the right questions and put me at ease that he would be able to find the problem. They showed up on time on the day we had scheduled and immediately began testing the lines and the system. Eventually, Randy had to dive to the pool drain, where he discovered the leak and applied an epoxy patch. Randy went above and beyond with his thorough work detecting and fixing my leak. He provided good feedback on his analysis of the pool system. It’s been a week and so far no issues. He also offered suggestions for more permanent solutions for dealing with the drain issue. Randy was able to locate my leak within the first 45 mins. It was the line to the Polaris robot and instead of having someone repair the line ( which would require pulling up the stone by the pool and costing huge amt $$$$) he suggested capping the return Polaris line to the pool and instead purchase a new cordless robot that has a quick charge and you can use an app on my cell to run it! Randy did very good job in fixing our swimming pool leaks. He thoroughly looked the entire pool area even though he found the leak areas in the first hour. He opened our pool lights fixture areas and looked inside those areas for any possible leaks in those hidden area. Fantastic work and service. My initial call was returned promptly, the ONLY company that returned my call, and service was scheduled for a few days later. 4 tears were found and patched in our above ground pool liner. I was very skeptical about the odds of being able to identify the source of a slow plumbing leak buried beneath several feet of compacted gravel and concrete.  But Randy and his son did exactly that.  They arrived exactly on time, got right to work, found the leak quickly, charged the minimum quoted fee, and left with a red x to mark the spot.  On top of that, referred me to someone who was able to perform the repair at a reasonable price.  And by the way, the red x was dead on!
