Randy made himself available on short notice to accommodate our home inspection. He was timely, communicative and... through. We currently live across the country and he made sure he kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and we didn't miss a beat. As potential new and first time pool owners, he gave us valuable information regarding pools the type of pool we have and really good tips on maintaining a pool. Randy and his team have really helped navigate everything we should know in regards to owning a pool. We are First time... homeowners, the home included an inground pool. Randy and his team spent their time inspecting not only the pool but the surrounding areas. He taught us and explained what equipment and procedures should be held when wanting to maintain a pool. Our inspection report was completed and emailed within 48 hours- the report was thorough and easy to navigate especially being first time pool owners we now are aware of what to look out for. My husband and I called Randy on a whim because our pool inspector canceled on us last minute. He was able to come the... next day once I called.Randy and his son were extremely knowledgeable on what we needed to move forward with completing once we close on our home. Never being a pool owner before, he took his time in explaining how to properly care for the pool as well. He produced a very in dept report about his findings which was very helpful. Read all their excellent reviews and was skeptical at first, but decided to give Atlantic Pool a try. Contacted them... the 3rd week of August 2022 and Randy called me back right away. At first, Randy said he wouldn’t be able to come out to check out my pool leak until late September. He later re-checked his schedule and said he would be in my neighborhood on August 30 anyway and set me up as his last appointment for that day. Randy came ahead of schedule on 8/30 and within 1.5 hours not only did he find the leaks he repaired them as well. Also, reasonably priced. I was expecting to pay much more for the work done and was pleasantly surprised at the final bill. If you have a leak, call Randy at Atlantic Pool. A truly excellent experience.read more

I had a leak in a newly installed liner on an in ground pool. Randy (the owner) braved 50 degree water, found and... repaired the leak. Extremely professional, and makes sure the job (leak in this situation) is completely resolved. The Co. That installed the liner (The pee Doctor) after installing a liner that would not fill past the light housing got their money, and wanted nothing to do with taking responsibility for a bad installationread more
