We talked to Randy last fall and he came out to look at our community pool to discuss our leak. We hired him to do our... leak detection before we winterized the pool. He came with his son and spent several hours and found the leak under the pool deck and determined which line it was in.He marked the deck for us so we could repair it in the spring.We hired a new pool management company that also does leak repair work. Due to mild weather they decided to do the repair early. When they opened the deck they found the leak where Randy had marked.Randy was extremely professional and does excellent work. If you have a leak he is the company to call. Hopefully we never have another leak but would use him again if needed.read more

Our pool started to leak soon after opening this season. At least 1 inch daily. Called a diving service who tried... trouble shooting over phone--nothing worked so they sent a diver. He was at our house about 40 minutes total and found one liner leak---Yippee. Not so fast...pool continued to leak at same rate. Multiple text messages----every service is uber busy this time of year----and decided to try a different company. Randy was suggested by another company that was booked SOLID. He too was booked but later called with a cnx in my area. After questions Randy felt our problem probably not in lines but rather in the liner and he re-dove the pool. Almost 2 hrs later and 5 leak repairs PLUS he checked out the skimmer and pump lines (no problems there). Pool hasnt leaked a drop since and that over a week ago!! Yes he is pricey but it was well worth it. What wasnt worth it was money paid to a service who failed to locate all the problems in our liner----and all they did was dive. Randy and his assistant were on time, professional and focused on the job. I highly recommend them. Thanx Randy!read more

Right before the holiday I noticed a considerable decrease in my water level. I was losing over 7.5 inches of water... over 24 hours and was concerned I might have a leak. In attempt to protect the liner from becoming exposed I was doing my best to keep the water at skimmer level but was running water for several hours everyday and knew this was not practical. I called several places including my local pool store and all were booked a minimum of 3-4 weeks out including Atlantic Pool.I expected this considering this is peak pool season, however, once Randy heard of my situation he immediately reached out and came right away.Randy and his team are incredibly professional, thorough, knowledgeable and accurate! Our pool service company recommended Randy to me, telling me Randy is the best out there. But unlucky for me, Randy is fully booked 3 to 4 weeks out. I was worried as our pool is leaking slowly each minute in waiting. Randy contacted me the same day, asked about my situation, and start to remote diagnose the problem.He told me how to do some DIY to figure out where exactly leak is to save money, and told me how to stop the leak after he figure out source of the leak remotely. Closed our pool for the winter about a month ago and noticed on Thanksgiving Day that we lost about a foot of water at... the onset of winter, which for any pool owner is a precarious place to be. Called Atlantic Pool Leak Detection during this holiday weekend and Randy actually called me back on a Sunday night to go over our options and although he made it very clear that he would have to charge us double to dive the frozen pool this time of year, he was still willing to do it. Fortunately for now our leak slowed to a crawl and we have decided to wait until spring to deal with the issue. Read all their excellent reviews and was skeptical at first, but decided to give Atlantic Pool a try. Contacted them... the 3rd week of August 2022 and Randy called me back right away. At first, Randy said he wouldn’t be able to come out to check out my pool leak until late September. He later re-checked his schedule and said he would be in my neighborhood on August 30 anyway and set me up as his last appointment for that day. Randy came ahead of schedule on 8/30 and within 1.5 hours not only did he find the leaks he repaired them as well. Also, reasonably priced. I was expecting to pay much more for the work done and was pleasantly surprised at the final bill. If you have a leak, call Randy at Atlantic Pool. A truly excellent experience.read more
